[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is a new business that concentrates on and delivers facilities management and construction refurbishments, taking tried and tested formulas, shaking them up, then delivering for customer success. • Have fault-finding and reactive repairs experience
  • Be responsible for ensuring service paperwork is completed to a high quality, promptly, and stored in the agreed locations.
  • Pulling quotations together for electrical work.
  • Providing advice and guidance to both our in-house Facilities Management team and clients on electrical issues.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (this will include other sites, not just a single client)
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety legislation and other regulations relating to facilities maintenance.
  • Build great relationships with all colleagues and customers
  • Other duties as needed
  • Be provided with a company van and fuel card for business use
  • All tools and equipment provided by the company

The right person would also have the following qualities:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2018 / Level 3 C&G 2382) certificate
  • It is not essential, but would be desirable if you had Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations (2391-50) and/or Periodic Inspection Testing and Certifications of Electrical Installations (C&G 2391-51 or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering non-electrical PPM (e.g. water hygiene monitoring, fire alarm testing)
  • Experience in first-line plumbing maintenance (e.g completing plant room checks, small leak repairs, unblocking sinks/toilets). There is no requirement to be gas qualified.
