We are looking for a confident Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Pindar House.

[Employer hidden] Pindar House is our 22 bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment service for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and longer term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.

Your Day-to-Day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
