Description & Requirements

As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive new business growth across the UKI region by helping organizations modernize and future-proof their supply chains with [Employer hidden]’s leading WMS, Supply Chain Planning, and [Employer hidden] Nexus solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert, you will lead high-impact, value-driven conversations with senior supply chain and operations leaders, positioning [Employer hidden] as an industry leader and strategic partner for end-to-end supply chain transformation — from warehouse digitalization and intelligent planning to real-time global visibility across complex networks.

Your focus: build a strong pipeline, win new logos, grow ARR, and deliver measurable outcomes such as improved service levels, greater agility, lower operating costs, and more resilient supply chains. You will translate market insight and industry expertise into clear business value, helping customers navigate digital transformation with confidence.

Working closely with solution consulting, marketing, customer success, and partners, you will execute targeted go-to-market strategies and build long-term relationships across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and e-commerce organizations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven success selling enterprise SaaS or cloud supply chain solutions (WMS, SCP, SCE, or network platforms)
  • Track record winning mid-market and enterprise customers in the UKI region
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of digital supply chain transformation
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of WMS, supply chain planning, execution, and multi-enterprise visibility solutions
  • Experience positioning solutions as a trusted advisor or subject matter expert
  • Track record of driving new logo acquisition and expanding ARR
  • Strong executive presence and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional SaaS teams
