FULL DESCRIPTION
FP&A Lead
Our client a global organisation based in the city 3 days per week is seeking a finance professional to join its central FP&A function. This is a high-impact role working closely with executive leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, drive business intelligence capability, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely consolidated reporting, including flash reporting, forecasts, and annual budgeting.
- Produce high-quality management information for executive and board-level decision making.
- Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams to ensure effective information flow and collaboration.
- Develop enhanced reporting and analytics to identify key business drivers, trends, and performance opportunities.
- Support the evolution of business intelligence and data utilisation across the group.
- Contribute to forecasting and long-term planning processes, driving continuous improvement in FP&A practices.
- Provide financial modelling and analytical support for business development initiatives and M&A activity.
- Assist senior finance leadership with strategic and ad-hoc analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified accountant ideally ACA or CIMA.
- Previous group reporting, consolidations exposure in a global business.

- Demonstrated commercial awareness within large, complex matrix organisations.
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling large datasets and translating them into clear business insights.
- Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with finance systems.
