Ethics & Compliance Counsel – Amsterdam, London, or EU Remote (Fluent English Required)

What you’ll do:
- Own the global Speak Up / Whistleblowing program, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead internal investigations on ethics, compliance, fraud, harassment, and regulatory matters.
- Provide practical ethics & compliance guidance across global teams, supporting policies, controls, and training initiatives.
- Advise senior leaders and collaborate across regions to maintain a consistent, high-standard compliance framework.
What we’re looking for:
- Law degree & qualification in at least one jurisdiction.
- 5+ years in compliance, investigations, or regulatory roles.
- Experience managing whistleblowing programs and internal investigations.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
- Technology or highly regulated industry experience is a must.
