What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, and other commercial arrangements supporting millions of dollars/pounds of total revenue.
  • Contribute to a global employment law practice in coordination with HR professionals and outside counsel.
  • Support the growth and scale of [Employer hidden]’s global expansion.
  • Develop expertise and build repeatable processes to deliver expert advice in the areas of greatest need for our global business.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and partner with business leaders to implement strategic solutions.

Who You Are

- Proven experience in a UK- or European-based senior legal role, preferably with a region-wide remit.

- Outstanding negotiation and contract management abilities.

- Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.

- Ambitious and collaborative, with a dedication to delivering world-class legal solutions.
