Recruitment Consultant

The Package:
• Competitive salary range of £22,000 – £28,000.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates via various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and recruiting temporary workers.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to work with clients and collaborate with a team to meet recruiting targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both existing and new customers.
• Proficiency in using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media.
• Experience in headhunting, approaching, and interviewing candidates to build a network.
• Negotiation skills for pay rates and contracts.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Goal-oriented mindset, working towards KPIs and targets.
• Full compliance with statutory legislation and company/site regulations.
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
