Salary: £70,000 to £96,000 (depending on experience) + Double OTE

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-motivated services sales professional with a passion for helping customers achieve more with Data and AI. This role is focused around supporting Financial Services customers. You will have experience working in Data & AI Services sales, perhaps for Microsoft, Databricks or a partner company.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth across existing customers while also securing new logo accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own a set of accounts and lead multi-phase data & AI programmes valued at £300k–£1m. Supported by our marketing engine and strategic partner ecosystem (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, GCP), you’ll develop long-term customer relationships and maintain pipeline and activity data through HubSpot for full visibility across teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead multi-phase opportunity shaping and proposal cycles
- Draw out value drivers and define customer requirements
- Build structured account plans and accurate forecasts
- Manage senior customer stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
- Develop follow-on phases and nurture long-term relationships
Skills / Approaches:
- A strong track record in Data & AI services sales, ideally within the Financial Services Industry
- Have an excellent level of understanding of the targeted market, Financial Services industry and related trends.
- Strive to provide customer excellence and being customer obsessed.
- Excellent communicator and presenter
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with them to drive critical business outcomes
- Analyse customer needs, identify opportunities that [Employer hidden] can solve.
- Accountable – we need you to own the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Experience working with Microsoft and/or Databricks directly or as a partner to drive joint opportunities.
