About the role
This is a high-impact analytical role sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and client outcomes. You’ll help scale and industrialise how [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] measures value across clients, products, and markets by working closely with Analytics, Product, Product Marketing, Delivery, Sales, Client Success and Market teams to turn complex operational and commercial data into clear insights that proves how [Employer hidden] creates and delivers value in the real world.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data in context by not just building models, but shaping narratives that influence decisions.
What you'll be working on
- Scaling how [Employer hidden] defines, tracks, and reports client value metrics globally
- Building and maintaining baselines and benchmarks, including for regulated markets
- Partnering with [Employer hidden] Analytics to help develop client-facing dashboards and reporting
- Translating data into clear insights and stories that support delivery and client success
- Supporting client business cases and post-implementation value tracking
- Working cross-functionally to ensure metrics reflect real operational and financial outcomes
- Continuously improving data quality, consistency, and usability across value reporting
- Partnering closely with Product teams to quantify the real-world impact of product improvements and launches in a continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment, ensuring benefits are measurable and tied to client outcomes
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Ability to turn analysis into clear, decision-ready insightsComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Experience collaborating across teams with different priorities
- Clear communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing settings, able to navigate conversations with credibility and clearly articulate insights and assumptions
- Needs to be comfortable and able to excel in client-facing engagements
- Experience in regulated industries, utilities, or enterprise SaaS is a plus but not requiredCurious, proactive, and motivated by impact rather than analysis for its own sake
