The Role
• Lead pricing and optimisation initiatives end-to-end
• Analyse customer behaviour and price sensitivity using advanced modelling
• Improve customer lifetime value, retention, and trading performance
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
• Support fair value outcomes for customers
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Requirements
• Strong experience in insurance pricing (senior/lead level)
• Strong quantitative background
• Expertise in risk/demand modelling and statistical techniques
• Experience leading projects or mentoring analysts
• Tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS (desirable)
• Exposure to machine learning techniques
