Digital Pastor
This role, accountable to the Executive Pastor, focuses on maximizing digital ministry to effectively fulfill the mission of helping people find and follow Jesus. Responsibilities include overseeing the online hosting team, engaging with digital attendees, developing pathways for online viewers to connect with the church, innovating digital reach, and providing feedback on online service analytics.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Accountable to the Executive Pastor, this role is to help us maximise the potential of digital ministry enabling us to more effectively fulfil our mission to *‘help people find and follow Jesus’*.
Specific Tasks
Oversight and support of online hosting team.
Engaging with & pastoring digital only attendees.
Development of pathways for digital viewers to connect into the life of the church.
Innovating ways to increase our digital reach, specifically on YouTube.
Feedback online service analytics and metrics.
Person specification
Someone who is passionate about the potential of online services for reaching unchurched people.
Someone who can keep information heard in confidence.

Willing to be on camera and present in our studio regularly.
Time commitment
This role is primarily a Sunday role with a fixed point expected to be 9-11am.
It will require some office/hybrid work through the week to pick up admin & pastoral calls. Timing is flexible.
