Core Role and Responsibilities (subject to experience) :

• Lead Successful Consulting Engagements: Prioritise client needs to deliver lasting, distinctive outcomes and value.
• Tackle Complex Problems: Solve intricate business change and technology challenges.
• Bring Structure and Build Trust: Independently structure projects for effective decision-making while fostering trusted senior client relationships by adapting to their ways of working.
• Support Commercial Growth: Contribute to [Employer hidden]'s commercial activities by assisting in client proposals and meetings within your practice.
• Drive Industry Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify emerging trends and drive our growth agenda.
• Mentor and Inspire: Lead by example, mentoring others and participating in performance management and recruitment activities.
• Promote Learning and Development: Encourage and inspire learning by sharing your industry expertise across [Employer hidden]’s practices.
• Commit to Self-Development: Engage in continuous self-improvement by leveraging our dynamic learning culture and collaborating with [Employer hidden]’s SMEs and external experts.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership: Write white papers and case studies for publication on the [Employer hidden] website and LinkedIn, especially when off engagement.
