An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate or Trainee Commercial Agency Surveyor to join a well-established and respected independent property consultancy on the South Coast. This role is perfect for a motivated graduate or someone with estate agency experience looking to begin a career in commercial property agency.

Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor:

  • Assisting with agency instructions across retail, industrial, office and mixed-use property
  • Supporting the team in marketing, viewings and property valuations
  • Preparing property particulars, marketing materials and research reports
  • Liaising with clients, occupiers and stakeholders to support lettings and sales campaigns
  • Undertaking market research and maintaining up-to-date data on local property activity
  • Supporting senior surveyors in all aspects of commercial property agency work

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor:

  • Degree educated, ideally in Real Estate, Property, Business or a related discipline
  • Keen interest in commercial property and agency work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
