FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hands-on, commercial and results-led Performance Marketing Manager to run and improve our paid media activity across [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] UK’s operating companies. This role is focused on delivery: building campaigns, optimising performance week-to-week, improving lead volume and quality, and supporting nurturing and retention communications in partnership with the CRM Manager.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercial and results-led Performance Marketing Manager to run and improve our paid media activity across [Employer hidden] UK’s operating companies. This role is focused on delivery: building campaigns, optimising performance week-to-week, improving lead volume and quality, and supporting nurturing and retention communications in partnership with the CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
  • Own day-to-day optimisation including budgets, bidding, targeting and audiences
  • Improve conversion performance through better landing pages and end-to-end journeys
  • Run structured tests across ads, audiences and landing pages
  • Expand into additional channels where results justify investment
  • Partner with CRM to ensure leads are captured, tracked and nurtured correctly
  • Maintain accurate tracking including UTMs, tags, pixels and conversion events
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting with recommendations
  • Support AI search and review platform visibility

Experience

  • Has proven experience delivering performance outcomes, ideally in B2B lead generation
  • Is confident in platforms as well as strategy
  • Thinks commercially and uses data to guide decisions
  • Manages budgets and optimisation routines with discipline
  • Enjoys testing and continuous improvement
  • Works collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
  • Can clearly explain performance trade-offs and recommendations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Track record improving lead volume, lead quality and cost per lead
  • Interest in how review platforms and AI responses influence buying behaviour
