Responsibilities include developing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and providing expert advice. Candidates should have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving license.

Role: Sales Negotiator [Employer hidden] are searching for a highly motivated sales negotiator on behalf of a well established agency in the heart of London. Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients - Conducting viewings and valuations - Negotiating offers and closing sales - Providing expert advice to clients - Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets - Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends Requirements: - Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A full UK driving licence Benefits & Opportunities: - Company car - Incentivised trips for top performers Salary: - £22,000 per annum On Target Earnings [OTE]: - Circa £50k If you have experience in sales, particularly within the property industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
