About the Role

Role: Lettings Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are working with an established independent estate agent that operate across North London as they search for a Lettings negotiator to join a successful team in one of their leading branches.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting viewings and market appraisals
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Anti money laundering checks
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• A full UK driving licence

You must have your own car

Salary:

- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Benefits:

- Car Allowance

On Target Earnings [OTE]:

- £45k - £50k
