Role: Junior Block Manager
Working Week: 5 day working week | Monday – Friday
Location: North London
Requirements: Must have Driving Licence & Own Car
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful North London estate agency who are looking to hire a Junior Block Manager to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience within block management or a similar property-related field who is looking to step up and develop their career within residential block management.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of residential blocks
- Supporting with service charge budgets and expenditure tracking
- Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and managing agents
- Coordinating maintenance works and follow-ups
- Assisting with site inspections and preparing reports
- Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
- Supporting with Section 20 consultations where required
- Handling general administrative duties related to block management
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience within block management or property management
- Understanding of service charge processes (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary:
- £28,000 – £32,000 per annum [DoE]
