HR Administrator

Reporting directly into the Senior HR Manager, this is a varied and hands-on role offering excellent exposure across the full HR lifecycle. Reporting directly into the Senior HR Manager, this is a varied and hands-on role offering excellent exposure across the full HR lifecycle. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys improving processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Operations
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and leavers.
- Managing updates to HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Administering family leave processes and liaising with external maternity and paternity partners.
- Maintaining and auditing the firm’s HR database and systems.
Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of HR software. Talent, Performance & Employee Experience
- Supporting probation and appraisal processes, including gathering feedback and proposing improvements.
- Keeping accurate records of staff movements to support workforce planning.
- Organising inductions and meeting new joiners to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Supporting wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the firm.
- Assisting with training and development initiatives. Data, Reward & Process Improvement
- Monitoring HR data and providing insights, trends, and ad-hoc reports.
- Liaising with payroll on HR-related matters.
- Reviewing and improving HR processes, including automation where possible.
- Ensuring all data is handled in line with GDPR and DPA requirements.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to simplify and standardise processes; automation or technical skills desirable.

Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 [DoE]
