Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator for an independent estate agency in East London. Responsibilities include client relationship management, viewings, offer negotiation, and providing expert advice. Requirements include lettings experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a full UK driving license.

Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: East London
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of an independent estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in East London.
- Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
- £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- Circa £40k
