Sales Negotiator

About the Role

Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a large, well-known estate agency in South East London as they search for bright and ambitious talent to join their successful team as a Sales Negotiator.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence

On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £60k+
