Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator for an independent estate agency in East London / Essex. Responsibilities include client relationship management, viewings, appraisals, offer negotiation, and providing expert advice. Requirements include lettings experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a full UK driving license. The salary is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum with OTE of £50k+.

Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: East London / Essex
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of an independent estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in East London / Essex.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
- £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
On Target Earnings [OTE]
