Role: Sales Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are on the hunt for a sales negotiator on behalf of a market leading high street estate agent in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Salary:
- £20,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- Circa £50k
