Role: Head of Property Management Proper Recruitment have just taken on a fantastic Head of Property Management opportunity on behalf of a thriving independent estate agency in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional who is ready to take ownership of a department, lead a team, and shape processes within a growing and well-respected business.

Role: Head of Property Management Proper Recruitment have just taken on a fantastic Head of Property Management opportunity on behalf of a thriving independent estate agency in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional who is ready to take ownership of a department, lead a team, and shape processes within a growing and well-respected business.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day running of the property management department. - Lead, manage, and mentor the property management team to deliver exceptional service. - Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. - Act as a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. - Ensure full compliance with current property management legislation and best practice. - Manage workloads, KPIs, and service standards across the department. - Work closely with the Directors to support the ongoing growth of the business.

Requirements: - 4+ years’ experience in residential property management. - Proven experience managing portfolios and leading or mentoring team members. - Strong knowledge of property management legislation and compliance. - Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential

Salary: - Up to £40,000 per annum

On Target Earnings [OTE]: - £48,000 - £50,000

Tenure: - Full-Time Office Based | Monday - Friday
