FULL DESCRIPTION
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established independent estate agent based in Essex who are on the lookout for a Lettings negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- You must have your own car
Salary:
- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Benefits:
- Car Allowance
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- £40k - £45k
