About the Role
Role: Property Manager
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful independent estate agent that are looking for a Property Manager to oversee their property management portfolio from their busy branch in Prime Central London.
Responsibilities:
Management of a portfolio of properties
Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
Respond to tenants maintenance requests
Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
Undertake inspections
Organise/oversee refurbishment works
Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Requirements:
IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
Experience with a portfolio
Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
Great communicator
Excellent time management
ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
