About the Role

Role: Sales Negotiator [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are searching for a highly motivated sales negotiator on behalf of a boutique independent estate agency in apartment Central London. Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients - Conducting viewings and valuations - Negotiating offers and closing sales - Providing expert advice to clients - Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets - Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends Requirements: - Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A full UK driving licence Benefits & Opportunities: - Pool Car - 5 day week - No Saturdays!
