About the Role
Role: Senior Sales Valuer/Lister [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are delighted to offer a Senior Sales Lister/Valuer opportunity on behalf of our dynamic and fast growing estate agent client in Essex who are looking for a higher achiever to join their team. Responsibilities: -Conducting viewings and market appraisals - Prospecting for new business & self generating listings/valuations - Excellent communication with sellers & managing the relationship throughout the sales process - Valuing accurately and effectively - Utilising existing network to generate business - Assist in building the Land & New Homes sector of the business Requirements: - Experience in valuing properties for sales - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A full UK driving licence and your own car Salary: - £20,000 - £25,000 On Target Earnings [OTE]: - £65k - £75k If you have experience in sales, particularly within the property industry, and possess excellent communication and a hard working, motivated individual, we want to hear from you.
