FULL DESCRIPTION
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a boutique independent estate agent that operate in Prime Central London as they search for a Lettings negotiator to join a successful team in their Walthamstow branch.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Salary:
- £25,000 per annum
Benefits:

On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- £50k - £55k
