Role: Sales Negotiator

Proper Recruitment are ecstatic to be working with a market leading independent estate agent who are looking for a sales professional to join their buoyant branch in Clapham, South West London area.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence

Salary:

- £20,000

On Target Earnings [OTE]

- £60k - £70k
