About the Role
Role: Sales Manager
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a boutique independent estate agent based in Prime Central London that are looking for a Sales Manager. Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients - Conducting valuations - Generate new business - Oversee day to day management of the team - Providing expert advice to clients - Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets - Setting KPI's for the team - Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- At least 2 years managerial experience in Sales - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service skills Ability to lead a team - Deliver clear and concise instructions - A full UK driving licence

Salary: - £50,000 - £55,000 On Target Earnings [OTE] - £80,000 - £100,000 +
