Senior Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for a successful estate agency in Prime Central London. Responsibilities include client relationship management, viewings, market appraisals, offer negotiation, and providing expert advice. Requirements include lettings experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service skills, teamwork ability, and a UK driving license. Salary is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum with OTE of £55k+.

Role: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of a successful independent estate agency in Prime Central London who are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Anti money laundering checks
Requirements:
- Experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Salary:
- £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]
