[Employer hidden] are delighted to be working with an established independent estate agent based in North West London as they search for an experienced Lettings negotiator to join their successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Anti money laundering checks
Requirements:
- A keen interest in; [ARLA a bonus]
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
£35,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
£75k-£80k
