Lettings Negotiator
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest independent estate agencies as they search for a Lettings negotiator to join their successful team in South West London. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting viewings and market appraisals, negotiating offers and closing deals, providing expert advice to clients, working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets, and staying up to date with the property market and industry trends. Requirements include 6 months experience in lettings, excellent communication and negotiation skills, anti money laundering checks, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.
About the Role
Role: Lettings Negotiator
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in lettings; ARLA a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Anti money laundering checks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
£40k - £45k
