About the Role

Role: Sales Director [Employer hidden] are searching for a proven Sales Director on behalf of a leading estate agency in Hampstead. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role, drive business growth, and shape the future of a high-performing sales division.

Responsibilities: • Leading, managing, and inspiring the office to consistently exceed performance targets • Conducting valuations and appraisals, setting the standard in professionalism and client care • Monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and market trends to adapt strategies as needed • Designing and overseeing training plans for the Sales division • Coaching and mentoring assistant managers and negotiators to support professional growth • Driving new business generation through marketing, networking, and partnerships • Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and brand awareness • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates and market share • Collaborating with partners and department heads to align goals and cross-sell services • Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry standards

Requirements: • Senior-level experience within estate agency sales • Demonstrable success in driving business performance and leading high-performing teams • Proven track record in estate agency sales leadership at a senior level • Strong background in valuations, instruction-winning, and client relationship management • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills • Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities • Client-first approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service • Commercially astute and results-driven • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong understanding of compliance, AML, and industry regulations
