Lettings Negotiator

About the Role

Role: Lettings Negotiator
Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of one of London's largest high street estate agents who are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their team in South East London.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting viewings and market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Providing expert advice to clients
  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
  • Anti money laundering checks

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in; [ARLA a bonus]
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A full UK driving licence

Salary:

- £20,000
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- £60k+
