Sales Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large independent estate agent that operate UK wide who are looking a senior sales negotiator to join their successful team in Stoke Newington, London. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and closing sales, providing expert advice to clients, working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets, and staying up to date with the property market and industry trends. Requirements include experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service skills, ability to work well in a team and independently, and a full UK driving licence.
About the Role
Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
- Must have your own car
Salary:
- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Benefits:
- Car Allowance
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- £50k - £55k
