About the Role

Role: Sales Negotiator [Employer hidden] are recruiting for a Sales negotiator on behalf of a modern and vibrant agency in Walthamstow, London. Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients - Conducting viewings and market appraisals - Negotiating offers and closing sales - Providing expert advice to clients - Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets - Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends Requirements: - 6 months experience within either sales or lettings - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A full UK driving licence and your own car Salary: - £22,000 - £25,000 per annum On Target Earnings [OTE] - Circa £40k+ Benefits: - Car Allowance If you have experience in sales, particularly within the property industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
