Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

About the Role

Role: Lettings Assistant Manager
Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large independent estate agent who are looking a Lettings Assistant Manager to join their successful team in South East London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting valuations
- Generate new business
- Oversee day to day management of the team
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
- Setting KPI's for the team
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Ample understanding of lettings legislation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Deliver clear and concise instructions
  • A full UK driving licence
