About the Role

Role: Property Manager

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be offering a Property Manager opportunity on behalf of a respected estate agency based in East London.

Responsibilities:

Management of a portfolio of properties
Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
Respond to tenants maintenance requests
Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
Manage tenancy progression
Organise/oversee refurbishment works
Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
Experience with a portfolio
Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
Great communicator
Excellent time management
Full clean UK driving licence and your own car
ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement

Salary:

- £27,500 - £35,000 per annum + Bonuses
