Role: Lettings Negotiator Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded estate agent based in Woodford Essex, as they search for a Lettings negotiator to join their successful team.
Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients - Conducting viewings and market appraisals - Negotiating offers and closing deals Providing expert advice to clients - Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets - Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year in residential lettings - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Anti money laundering checks - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - A full UK driving licence You must have your own car
Salary: - £25,000 per annum On Target Earnings [OTE]: - £50k - £55k+
