• Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and develop independence
• Encouraging social inclusion, fun, and community engagement
• Being a trusted, caring presence — someone who makes a difference

What You’ll Bring:

• A kind, patient, and positive attitude
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn — no experience needed, just the right values!
• A full UK driving licence (preferred)
• A sense of fun and a heart for helping others
