FULL DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading electronics manufacturer in the UK and looking for a PCB Assembler to join their team
PCB Assembler
PCB Assembler Requirements:
- Expertise and experience in assembling Printed Circuit Boards to a high standard
- Solder conventional components efficiently and accurately to IPC-A-610, class 2 and 3 standards
- Experience in SMT rework
- Conduct thorough visual inspections to confirm relevant IPC-A-610 Class standard
- Check assembled circuit boards to ensure they are correctly assembled and meet established standards
- Test assembled circuit boards to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Maintain accurate records of circuit board assembly
PCB Assembler Responsibilities:
- As a PCB Assembler you will be required to work within a manufacturing environment building assemblies and working within a team to build complete assemblies
- Working from drawings and written instructions, candidates will need to be able to follow these accurately to build assemblies
- Assemblers will be required to assemble a wide variety of products for the Aerospace industry.
- As a PCB Assembler you will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties including mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering
