Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, and setting connect meetings for our sales and consulting team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a supportive and innovative environment that is at the cutting edge of Smart CRM and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and research potential clients within target markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and effectively communicate [Employer hidden]'s value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales and consulting team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably within the SaaS or digital consultancy sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
