The firm is known for its client-focused approach, high-quality legal services, and investment in our Team’s personal and career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious New Build Property Solicitor /Conveyancer to join a supportive team and will be deal with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, particularly involving New Build properties.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload of new build purchase files and related sales/part-exchanges, from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, and lease extensions.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have excellent technical experience and knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, as well as the ability to process cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Must have proven record as a Residential Property Solicitor /Conveyancer Fee Earner with expertise in New Build properties.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis, achieving agreed billing targets.
  • Have a strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
  • Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
