[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years PQE to join their team in Cotteridge. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and handling cases efficiently. What You’ll Do

  • You will have a minimum of 2 to 5 Years PQE as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive Fee Earner
  • Prepare legal documents.
  • Attend and represent clients in court when requested.
  • Gather evidence to support the client's case.
  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
  • Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Supporting/development of assistants and paralegals within the Civil Litigation department.
  • Have experience in building & construction disputes and general commercial disputes.
  • Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
