[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to provide legal guidance on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations. The role involves managing transactions, drafting contracts, and maintaining client relationships. What You’ll Do
- Have a proven track record of providing legal guidance on various commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Managing transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
- To handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Be passionate about engaging in, developing, and maintaining strong professional working relationships with clients, and other professionals.
- Process matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Strong organisation skillset, IT literate and experience of using case management systems.
- Be commercially driven and astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- To have excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Have a firm and functional knowledge within commercial property law, continuously updating your legal knowledge and staying informed about relevant legal developments.
