Complex Care – Healthcare Support Worker

Location – Bridgewater, Somerset

Pay – £13.00- £22 per hour.

Shift – Day shift and Night shift

We are looking for motivated and driven carers to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team at [Employer hidden]. An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Bridgwater area for carers as [Employer hidden] is looking to recruit a team of carers to work with a client who is an incredible gentleman who has a Spinal injury and requires support with Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy sessions. Our client loves sports, his favourite is cricket and football, his favourite team is Leeds. He likes being out in the community and exploring. We want our carers to be able to deliver person cantered care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.

We ask that you have experience in the following areas:

  •  Spinal Injury 
  •  Autonomic Dysreflexia
  •  Medication 

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development. 

You will form a key part of the [Employer hidden] complex care team within this role, becoming part of a team that truly believes in quality and person-centred care.

You will receive full training in all specialist and person-centred elements of care delivery and 24-hour support. Due to the nature and potential location of this work, access to your own transport is very important.
