Marketing Coordination Product Launch Cross-Functional Coordination Performance Metrics Organisational Skills Commercial Awareness

FULL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to drive the successful launch and ongoing optimisation of new products across multiple channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to drive the successful launch and ongoing optimisation of new products across multiple channels.

This role sits at the centre of our commercial engine, ensuring products are positioned effectively, launched seamlessly, and continually optimised for performance. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, E-commerce and Operations to ensure launch excellence and strong in-market execution.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful commercial impact, influencing conversion, paid media efficiency and overall sell-through performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end readiness for new product launches across all sales channels.
  • Ensure product positioning, messaging and assets are clear, compelling and aligned.
  • Manage launch timelines, stakeholders and dependencies to deliver on time.
  • Support accurate and compliant product listings across marketplaces and DTC platforms.
  • Conduct pre-launch quality checks to ensure executional excellence.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Marketing, Creative and E-commerce teams.
  • Identify risks, gaps or delays early and drive resolution.
  • Ensure launch materials and briefs are commercially grounded and performance-focused.

Post-Launch Optimisation

  • Monitor early performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging and conversion.
  • Support ongoing content and creative refreshes to maintain performance momentum.
  • Contribute to lifecycle management planning for established SKUs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate or early-career professional with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Commercially curious and motivated by improving performance metrics like ROAS, CVR and sell-through.
  • Confident coordinating across multiple teams and managing timelines, dependencies and approvals.
  • Comfortable working with copy, creative briefs, listings and content, even if not a specialist yet.
  • Proactive, structured and solutions-focused, with the confidence to chase answers and close gaps.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where speed and execution matter.
  • Willing to be office-based in London to enable fast iteration, learning and collaboration.
  • Shares our values of ownership, going above and beyond, spending mindfully and being driven by opportunity.
