Location: Hybrid – London Victoria or Whiteley, Hampshire (field-based flexibility)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Strategic Partnerships who can lead our corporate and affinity growth strategy. You’ll bring an enviable network, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to open doors at pace with senior stakeholders across HR, wellbeing, and reward teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own & Deliver Our Partnerships Strategy Lead the corporate and affinity go-to-market strategy to embed [Employer hidden] into workplace ecosystems and employee benefits platforms.
  • Open Doors & Close Deals Use your network of contacts and commercial acumen to identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with large employers, membership groups, and wellbeing providers.
  • Drive Adoption & Revenue Work with internal stakeholders to design and deliver activation campaigns that generate employee take-up and measurable revenue growth.
  • Influence Product & Proposition Be a voice of the partner—help us shape our proposition, pricing, and onboarding experience to maximise partner and user engagement.
  • Track, Prove & Scale Success Own partnership targets and demonstrate commercial impact through regular reporting, insights, and growth milestones.

You’ll Excel In This Role If You Have:

  • A strong book of relevant contacts—HR decision-makers, wellbeing & benefits leaders, heads of reward, or affinity group directors.
  • Proven experience in selling workplace, SaaS, or financial wellbeing solutions into mid-large corporates.
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to open doors, pitch to senior stakeholders, and close multi-channel commercial partnerships.
  • The ability to blend sales, strategy, and relationship development into long-term commercial success.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working in start-up or scale-up environments.
