ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager with a technical background to spearhead our search and paid social campaigns. This role demands someone who is not only proficient in campaign strategy and analytics but also has a flair for crafting compelling ad copies. The ideal candidate will focus on conversion optimisation rather than merely generating leads.
RESPONSABILITY
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Oversee paid social campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
- Implement structured campaign and ad group strategies, including expertise in Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs).
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimise campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and most importantly, conversion rates.
- Craft compelling, commercially viable ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilise analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, unearth insights, and implement data-driven optimisations.
- Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards and forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as SEO, Content and Sales to achieve business goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in STEM fields like Computer Science, Business or Economics from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically focusing on conversion optimisation rather than mere lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience with Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs) and their application in scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL or similar.
- Exceptional skills in crafting ad copies that are not only compelling but also conversion-focused.
- Strong experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working for SaaS or technology companies
- Worked in an agile environment
- Minimum 2 years of in-house experience
